1. Product Condition:

• If the seal of the product is opened, it is not eligible for return or exchange
• Only unused and sealed products can be returned

2. Return Eligibility:

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery
• A deduction of Rs. 250 will apply for refunds

3. Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect products
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

• Refund will be processed within 24–48 hours after receiving the product
